- loss of a loved one.
- relationship dissatisfaction and/or divorce.
- unexpected life events, such as a health crisis or trauma.
Sometimes it's the awareness of mortality

Wisdom at Midlife: Personal Growth Group
“One cannot live the afternoon of one’s life in the way of the morning.”(C. Jung)
Midlife is a time to become ourselves as fully as we are able to within the limits imposed on us. It is a time of inventory taking and re-definition. At mid-life we begin to seriously address the question: And did you get what you wanted from this life even so? (R. Carver) This group will serve as a guide and support with the developmental imperatives common to this age.
